We offer two payment options. Choose the one that best suits you. Either Easy booking - pay everything at once and relax, or Two-step booking - pay the agency fees to reserve the apartment and pay the rest at any time before getting the keys.

What we need

Identify your type of profile from the list, and check what documentation you need to send us:

  • Tenant passport / NIE / ID copy
  • Permanent address different to the one of the flat you want to book
  • SEPA bank account (EEC)
  • University or school registration letter or acceptance letter.
  • Proof of sufficient financial means to support his stay in the country and payment of rent.

  • Copy of the work contract
  • Copy of the last three payrolls
  • Tenant passport / NIE / ID copy

  • Constitution deeds and TIN of the company
  • Company’s representative full power deeds and DNI / ID / NIE or passport
  • Last tax statement
  • Tenant passport / NIE / ID copy

Rental process

1. Reservation

  • Delivery of documentation
  • Approval of candidacy
  • Payment of agency fees

2. Before moving in

  • First monthly payment of rent, utilities, security deposit and final cleaning
  • Review and signature of lease agreement

3. Check-in

  • Handover of keys
  • Review of inventory

4. Stay

  • Aspasios manages any incidents during the stay

5. Check-out

  • Thorough check of the apartment in the presence of the client
  • Check-out report
  • Any necessary repairs carried out
